3. User Responsibilities
When using PeerPact services you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and lawful information and documentation.
Use services only for lawful, authorized purposes.
Review and accept the terms, fees, and privacy policies of any third-party provider before engaging them.
Acknowledge that PeerPact does not guarantee immigration, legal, or financial outcomes.

You accept and agree that PeerPact is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, delays, errors, or non-performance of any third party.
Any claim, dispute, or complaint arising from goods or services provided by a third party must be raised directly with that provider.
6. Limitation of Liability; Release
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeerPact, Ltd (DBA PeerPact Expats) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Except where prohibited by law, PeerPact’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms is limited to the total amount you actually paid to PeerPact, Ltd for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.
You hereby release, waive, and discharge PeerPact, Ltd from liability for losses, damages, delays, costs, or expenses arising from third-party services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your use of services or dealings with third-party providers; or
Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By requesting services, you consent to PeerPact sharing necessary personal data with third-party providers to fulfill those services. PeerPact is not responsible for third-party handling of your data beyond what is required to deliver the requested service.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, workflows, templates, and materials are owned or licensed by PeerPact, Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Modifications to Services and Terms
PeerPact may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, and may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. You and PeerPact consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not resolved informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure by PeerPact to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
